Our Production Process
From concept to delivery, we ensure quality at every step
Client Submission & Initial Review
Client submits their design, tech pack, or sample. Charisma reviews the requirements, discusses costing, and agrees on sample development.
Sample Making & Approval
Charisma produces a sample garment. The client reviews and approves the sample before moving to full production planning.
Order Finalization & Procurement
After approval, both parties finalize the production order. Raw fabrics are procured either by the client or Charisma Fashion.
Pre-Production & Production
A PP meeting aligns all teams. Cutting begins, and inputs are fed into the sewing line with continuous quality checks.
Finishing, Packaging & Delivery
Finished garments are trimmed, inspected, packaged, and prepared for delivery or client pickup.
